These pants were snug on the legs and huge around the waist. I had bought them for my daughter in a medium and it was the same odd fit. She is very hourglass and I’m more of a rectangular hourglass and it was terrible on both of us. Maybe better for an apple shape? Going down a size didn’t help the waist and hip fit at all. Just the legs were tighter. If you are hourglass or rectangle shape, don’t buy these pants.For reference - my daughter is a 5’7, 145lbs, and wears a 4/6 pants. I’m 5’4. Neither of us could wear the small or the medium.
